Basic Steps for Baby Massage

1. Preparation:
- Choose a quiet, warm room.
- Lay a soft towel or blanket on a flat surface.
- Use a small amount of Fabulous Essentials organic baby - Coconut Oil or Jojoba Oil.
2. Starting the Massage:
- Begin with gentle strokes, observing the baby's response.
- Always ensure the baby is comfortable and happy.
3. Massaging Different Body Parts:
- Legs and Feet: Use long strokes from the thigh to the
ankle, and gentle circular motions on the soles of the feet.
- Arms and Hands: Use similar long strokes from shoulder
to wrist, and gentle circles on the palms.
- Chest and Tummy: Place your hands flat on the chest
and make outward strokes. For the tummy, use circular
motions in a clockwise direction.
- Back: Turn the baby onto the tummy and use long,
smooth strokes from head to toe.
4. Finishing the Massage:
- End with gentle cuddles and talk soothingly to the baby.
- Wipe off any excess oil.
