Hold the bottle upright and untwist the top part of the nozzle to dispense all over your Hair Line, Roots and Scalp.
The 'twist action' allows controlled flow dispensing. Then use your finger pads to massage your scalp to improve blood circulation. If you can get someone to do this for you, then it will be so relaxing! Do not rinse, style as usual.
